What is the process for obtaining permission from a cemetery or crematorium?
We handle the permit process on your behalf. It typically takes 2-3 weeks from the deposit payment, but duration may vary by cemetery.
Can I customize the design and inscription on the memorial?
Absolutely. We offer a range of customization options for both design and inscription, ensuring a personalized and meaningful memorial.
What payment options are available, and when are they due?
We accept payments through debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and personal cheques. The initial 20% deposit is due when placing the order, followed by additional instalments.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a standard memorial?
Standard designs typically take around 4-5 months from the date of permit approval and receipt of the second instalment.
Can I place a memorial immediately after cremation interment?
Yes, if cremated remains are interred, a headstone may be fixed immediately as the ground requires no settling period.
What happens if the cemetery has restrictions on size and materials?
We check and communicate with the cemetery to ensure compliance with their restrictions. We guide you through alternative options if needed.

Yes, the burial ground fee is part of the second instalment and is payable once we receive an approved permit from the cemetery or church authority.
